PAYMENT
Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made only with Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB).
CONFIRMATION
Upon receiving the registration and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. Please print out and present the confirmation to the registration desk at the conference site to receive the conference materials. If you need an invoice for the payment, please inquire to the Registration Office: inc4-reg@ics-inc.co.jp
ON-SITE REGISTRATION
If you cannot apply by March 28, please apply at the registration desk on site.
On-site registration may require time, so pre-registration is recommended, if please.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel your participation in the conference, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation. All refunds will be made after the conference.
When written notice of cancellation is received:
Until March 28, 2008 : Full refund
From March 29, 2008 : 100% of the amount paid (No refund)
